To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused,unwashed, unworn out, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt. Items cannot be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, worn out, unsalable condition or defective merchandise and that all labels and tags are attached. We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
